Health Guarantee and Sales Contract
BUYER HAS HAD A CHANCE TO VIEW THIS Health GUARANTEE and sales Contract ONLINE BEFORE DECIDING TO PURCHASE A PUPPY AND BUYER AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND GUARANTEES SIMPLY BY THE ACT OF ACCEPTING THE PUPPY, EVEN IF CONTRACT IS NOT SIGNED BY BUYER.
YOUR PUPPY 'S HEALTH GUARANTEE AND SALES CONTRACT
Upon purchasing this puppy there is a 48 hours guarantee against any major defects in this puppy's health. If the puppy is purchased on a weekend, then you have until the following Monday. You need to take your puppy to your veterinarian for a well puppy exam as soon as the puppy purchased.
A Registration Application Certificate will be filled out and given with each puppy purchased. A Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian shows a result of an exam and record of shots is included with each puppy. You MUST continue with the rest of the puppy’s shots and worming. The 1st Puppy Shot only provides temporary protection. The puppy must have a series of shots as your veterinarian scheduled. Afterwards it will need a Rabies Shot, Heartworm, and flea control. A licensed veterinarian must do this. It is understood at the time of the sale that the puppy is sold as pet quality and is advised to spay/neuter this puppy to insure a healthy life. There is no guarantee made as to the show quality or breeding quality or the size of the puppy sold.
One Year Health Guarantee from the date of birth as follows: A puppy found with a congenital or hereditary disease by a licensed veterinarian resulting in the loss of life of the puppy will be replaced by another puppy upon receiving a medical exam of a full autopsy from a licensed veterinarian stating the reason for such. Any expenses acquired during exam are not reimbursed. Replacement puppy will be same cost as purchased on the 1st puppy sale price. The buyer will pay any difference, depending on puppies that are available at that time. Also the buyer will pay a fee or $50.00 for a new puppy’s health certificate. Health Guarantee does NOT cover DEMODECTIC/Mange-hair loss/skin problems. Pinschers can have hair loss at puberty age or when stressed out. Treatment may be necessary if this occurs at any time of its life. Please note Health Guarantee is non-transferable.
If during the life of your puppy, you decide that you can no longer keep your puppy, we will gladly except it back and find it another home. There will be no refund or fee charged for this service. Buyer’s remorse is not grounds for reimbursement.
All puppies are currently on Eukanuba puppy food and should remain on the same or a better quality food. You can then switch them to the same kind of adult food after they are a year old. You need to feed according to the directions on the bag of food for his/her ideal weight. If your puppy tends to be overweight you may need to decrease the amount you are feeding or put him/her on a lower calorie diet. Please do not feed your puppy table foods or people's snacks. If you start this habit it is a hard one to break. It can lead to serious health problems such as obesity, pancreatitis, and even diabetes. Some of the tiny toys need to have access to food at all times. They are prone to hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar. Signs of this is circling, Lethargic, slobbering, seizures, and unconsciousness. Karo syrup and/or pancake syrup is a quick fix, however, you may need to supplement daily with nutritional purchased from your vet.
All puppies are leave here free of fleas, ticks. It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain a preventative such as revolution, which can be purchased at your local veterinarians, or he may recommend other products such as heart guard, sentinel, or interceptor for heartworm prevention and/or advantage or front line for flea and tick control.
